JUMPSTART ROCHESTER will form a Green Jobs Investment Fund, will create an Emerging Technologies Research Institute, form a New York PRIDE Authority (Public Roads, Ifrastructure, Development and Efficiancy) by combining the NYS Thruway Authority, NYS Bridge Authority, and the NYS Department of Transportation.
"We're going to prohibit tax breaks to companies that ship jobs oversees," said Rick Dollinger. "This Jumpstart Rochester plan promises to bring jobs, innovation, and investment to a region that has been ignored by Republican Robach."
